**DOWNLOADS**

*Once you checkout, you will have a “Thank-you” page pop up with a button to click on for your instant download. There will also be an email that is sent to you with a download button to download the product. (make sure to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive this.)

*The link is NOT to be shared for others to download for free. This is copyright infringement. Once someone else clicks on the download, this counts as your product being downloaded.

*Once it shows that your e-pattern has been downloaded, I do not re-send links for downloads.

*I have set a limit of (3) times you can click to download the product, in case you have trouble downloading it. That is more than sufficient to be able to download a product.

*Do not let your expiration date expire to download the product. The expiration date will be set for 30 days. I do not re-send download links for products that have not been downloaded within the 30 days or downloads that have been lost on your computer.

**I can not find my DOWNLOAD LINKS**

Instant download link on the Thank-You Pop Up Page at checkout and also an email is sent with the download links.  If you did not receive the email, please check your SPAM or JUNK files.  Contact me for further help at renee@plumpurdy.com

Ordering by Phone

If you would like to contact me to place an order, the quickest way to reach me is through the “CONTACT” form on the website.  You can leave your phone number and all other information, and I will contact you.

**SHIPPING**

Please allow 3-4 days for processing your order.    After processing and packing your order, you will receive a confirmation from USPS with tracking information.  Please follow your package closely.  USPS cannot find your package for you if the mail carrier has delivered your package to the wrong address, and you have waited days or weeks to notify them.

USPS shipping delivery times are estimated, they are not guaranteed.  If you have not received your package after 7-10 days and the tracking has not moved on your package, please contact USPS to file a missing mail form.   If you are not familiar with this form, contact me and I can file one for you.

Insurance:   USPS insurance is included on Ground Parcel and Priority Mail shipments up to $100. If you need more insurance you can arrange to have more added to your order.

Media Mail:   I do not ship Media Mail, as there is no tracking number that can be added to the shipment.

**I Did Not Recieve any Tracking notifications**

Once your order is packed, you will receive a notification from me that your order is Completed.   You will also receive an email from STAMPS. com with your tracking information.  If you do not receive this email, check your SPAM and JUNK files.   Add my email address and stamps.com to your contact list, as these emails may be blocked by your computer settings or your internet provider.  For further assistance, contact me with the name that was typed in on the order and your order number.

**RETURNS**

E-patterns, Patterns, and books are non-refundable/returnable.  Please make sure that you are ordering the correct pattern/book, or you are not purchasing a duplicate as I cannot allow any returns on these products.  Any other product that you have received that you are wanting to return, please contact me before returning.

**COPYRIGHTS**

How my purchased designs CAN be use**

Anyone who purchases a book or pattern has permission to use to handcraft your projects.

Any of my designs can be used in handcrafted items to be sold on your Etsy Shop, craft shows, eBay, or personnel sales.

Any of the FREE patterns listed for download on my website CAN be taught for a class.  Each student can download their pattern from the website.

**How my purchased designs CANNOT be used**

Handcrafted items cannot be mass-produced, such as painting one item and photocopying and pasting to surfaces.

Patterns and E-Patterns cannot be re-sold or shared.

Designs from any of my print books/patterns cannot be reprinted/copied and shared or re-sold.

WOOD SURFACES OR KITS CANNOT BE CUT AND SOLD FROM ANY OF MY DESIGNS

Any of my designs from books or patterns cannot be used to teach classes unless purchased for class (SEE TEACHING)

**TEACHING REQUIREMENTS**

For those of you considering teaching my designs that do not know that my requirements are… they are listed below.

*No on-line classes, such as ZOOM or FB LIVES are allowed with any of my designs from my pattern packets or books unless you contact me and arrangements are made.

*You can, however, use any of the FREE designs listed under “FREEBIES” on my website for in-person or online classes.

*The purchase of the pattern packet for each student.
