This is an oval 16oz. soap dispenser bottle made of plastic. A great size to paint on.  The bottle is oval so there is a nice-sized flat area to paint the design on.   Great surface to paint for gifts!

These bottles are refillable.  You can purchase a large container of liquid soap at any store such as Wal-Mart or Target.
